All authors are required to print their own posters and bring them to the conference. The poster boards will be labeled with your paper ID and title. There will also be a map printed for your convenience at the conference. Please locate your paper ID (in CMT) prior to your arrival as this will be needed on site. There will be pushpins provided for you.
Sizing
We recommend printing the poster no more than no more than 48 in (1.2 m) high and 36 in (0.9 m) wide as poster boards will be shared among presenters.
You are welcome to use your own template for the poster as long as it adheres to the sizing requirements.
The conference organizers will provide you with a printed QR code that directs colleagues to your MiniConf page and Slack channels. This will help attendees access your materials and discussion channels.
